A weekly escalation write-up
You ask Chip to write the Monday escalation summary; it asks for last week's, mirrors its four sections & files a fresh document every week before the call.
Use case
Every Monday I have to write up what happened with escalations last week for the leadership call. Can you do that instead of me?
What Chip asked
The output is a document someone reads aloud, so its shape is the whole requirement. Chip asked for an example:
Chip: Can you paste last Monday's write-up? I'd rather match what you already send than invent a format.
Last Monday's came back: the total, the notable ones by name, what was still open & a line on trend. That set the structure, length and tone. Two follow-ups settled the rest:
Chip: Should it post to Slack, or is a document you open enough?
Reply: A doc is fine, I copy bits into the deck anyway.
Chip: What time on Monday morning?
Reply: Before 9.
Chip chose 06:00 Monday so the digest is ready well before the call, a Monday-to-Monday window so a late Sunday escalation still counts & one document per week so she can look back.
What got built
No new table, since escalations already exist: one scheduled automation plus a filing convention.
- The automation. Every Monday at 06:00 it collects the previous week's escalations, writes the digest & files it as a document.
- The document. One per week, filed under the week it covers, so a re-run updates that week's document instead of duplicating it.
- The sections. The numbers, notable escalations, still open & trend, mirroring the pasted write-up.

Chip ran it against a real past week, then activated it & handed over last week's digest as a sample to mark up.
How it runs now. Every Monday before the call, the week's write-up is filed in the format the room already knows. Want it in Slack as well? That is one more sentence to Chip.
Try it
Paste this into Build, then your own last write-up underneath:
Every Monday I have to write up what happened with escalations last week for the leadership call. Can you do that instead of me? Here is last Monday's write-up, match its format. A document is fine. Have it ready before 9.
The paste matters most: a sample teaches Chip more than four format questions would.
