Beta feedback doesn't synthesise itself. Chip does it for you.

A private beta generates hundreds of signals across Slack, email, and intake forms. Right now, a PM is reading every one by hand, deciding what's a blocker, what's a duplicate, and what can wait. Chip does the triage. Your PM gets a ship-readiness view, not a backlog.

Without Chip

Beta feedback lives in 4 different channels. Your PM is the aggregation layer.

With Chip

Chip reads every channel, classifies each signal, and routes blockers to engineering before the daily standup.

Ship readiness

One view of every signal from the v2.4 beta. Structured before you open it.

Chip aggregates submissions from every channel, merges duplicates, and surfaces the things that can block GA. The PM sees severity, report count, and current status — not a raw feedback dump.

Chip · Jira + Slack alert sent

BET-001 classified as BLOCKER with 12 reports. ENG-3041 created. Engineering lead notified in #beta-eng.

How it works

From raw submission to structured ticket. No PM in the middle.

  • Feedback arrives

Chip reads submissions across email, Slack, and beta intake forms. Every signal enters one structured queue, regardless of where it was posted.

  • Each signal is classified

Chip labels each item as a blocker, bug, docs gap, or expected behaviour, with a confidence score. Duplicate reports merge into a single tracked issue.

  • Blockers escalate

A Jira ticket is created, engineering is looped in, and the PM gets an update. Docs gaps queue a KB draft automatically.

Who benefits

Product managers

You have a live ship-readiness view, not a spreadsheet. Blockers land in your Jira before the standup.

Engineering teams

You see structured, classified bug reports. Not forwarded Slack messages from the beta Slack group.
