How it works
Semantic search across your entire case history. Not keyword search.
Chip doesn't match on ticket ID or component label alone. It reads the full failure description, the affected system, the conditions under which it occurred, and the resolution path. It finds cases that are semantically similar, even if they were written by a different team or opened years ago.
