At Waypoint AI, we’re building Agentic AI to help Support and Engineering teams provide better customer support.

We are software builders who remember when that mishandled escalation spiraled into an emergency and ultimately lost the customer. We’re building Waypoint AI so other software teams can spend more time building and less time managing backlogs, responding to technical support requests or in meetings statusing tickets.
